9th Grade Confirmands at October 26, 2025 Affirmation of Baptism
CONFIRMATION
Alleluia's Confirmation ministry is an optional program for youth in grades 4 - 8, with young people Affirming their Baptism (confirmation) in the fall of 9th grade.
Designed specifically for upper elementary students in 4th and 5th grades, BRIDGE helps children transition from basic children's ministry toward confirmation. Guided by caring adult “Builders,” students move from simply hearing Bible stories to discovering what Scripture means for their own lives. They will build foundational faith skills, learn to navigate the Bible with confidence, and begin taking active ownership of their faith journey. BRIDGE will meet on Wednesdays at 6pm
Our prayer is that BRIDGE will provide a safe, welcoming, and engaging place where every child can grow in faith, build lasting friendships, and take the next step on their journey with Christ.
WAVE (Grades 6–8)
Like a wave that gathers strength and moves with purpose, WAVE invites middle school confirmation students to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ and to begin living out their faith in the world. This year, our 6th graders will take a special, deeper look into the New Testament. Each gathering features community-building activities, engaging Bible teaching, and small groups guided by adult “Navigators” where students can ask big questions and share ideas honestly. WAVE will meet on Wednesdays at 6:15pm.
Our hope is that every student will leave WAVE with a deeper understanding of Scripture, stronger relationships within the church, and a faith that continues to grow and move throughout their lives.
Learning. Service. Worship.
In addition to learning about the Bible and the Catechism (taught at annual retreats), participating in worship and in service projects is an important part of Alleluia's Confirmation ministry. Young people learn what it means to be a part of a faith community that loves and cares for one another and also the world around us.
CAMP WAPO
Camp Wapo is located in Amery, WI and offers a week of growing in faith through Bible study, games, worship, campfires, and lots of fun! Alleluia’s summer dates are in July.
